This monthly support group offers the keys to living a joy-filled life by systematically dissolving the issues that block our Presence. We use group discussion, written exercises, journaling, visualizations, and guided meditations. Class begins with about 20 min of standing Hatha Yoga postures.
The Food Pyramid is Wrong*
With its emphasis on grain consumption, many nutrtionist believe that the food pyramic may be one of the causes of the current obesity epidemic. This presentation will look at the evolution of the food pyramid and who influences food policies. We will review 8 other food pyramids representing alternative dietary theories, and give you an opportunity to design your own pyramid based on informed choices and personal preferences.

At this workshop, you will have an opportunity to assess your needs, express your frustrations and fears, relax your mind, and move your body. You will learn relaxation and meditation techniques and practices for overcoming insomnia.
